Customer Success Manager UK

We are looking for an experienced Customer Success professional to join our dynamic team. You have 2+ years of experience and are confident in both written and verbal English communications. Additionally, you have a proven track record of retaining and growing business relationships. Your grit and determination alone are inspirational as you seek to be the best in your field. • You follow up on customer contact and help (new) clients with placing the jobs and making the first matches.
• You are an advisory partner to customers and ensure that they are aware of all the ins and outs of the platform and that you can use the platform optimally.
• You help internal and external processes improve to create the optimum client experience.
• You are always looking for opportunities with a commercial eye, cross-selling and upselling is in your blood.
• You switch between freelancers and companies where this is necessary, you are the bridge between these 2 parties.
• Other administrative and support tasks.
