Business Development Manager Lille

For our Sales team, we’re seeking a Business Development Manager who will focus on all verticals (Hospitality, Retail, E-commerce & Logistics). That’s quite a mouthful. But what does a Business Development Manager do at YoungOnes, actually?

When walking down the shopping street, you’ll already see several retailers we work with. However, ambition is one of our core values for a reason, so you can guess it. We aim to engage many more companies with our platform. As a Business Development Manager, that’s where you come in.

You’ll identify dream clients and create a plan to acquire them. You’ll knock on doors and ensure everyone knows about YoungOnes. How? Send a carrier pigeon, drive by with an ice cream cart, or organise a karaoke night. Or simply giving them a call works too. It’s up to you!

Once that dream client is finally on board, great! With your warm follow-up, you’ll turn your contact person into a true ambassador. You’ll assist the client in getting started on the platform, and once everything is up and running, you’ll hand over the client to our Customer Success team.
