YoungOnes is expanding to France! City Launch Supporters will need an entrepreneurial mindset to help grow the cities from scratch. They’ll be the right hand to the City Launcher for the cities, responsible for both demand and supply and kickstarting the growth flywheel. The ideal candidate loves getting their hands dirty on a daily basis and juggling multiple responsibilities at the same time.
YoungOnes
YoungOnes operates a two-sided marketplace that allows businesses to find freelancers for short-term and often last-minute gigs. Last year, more than 40,000 freelancers found gigs through the platform and together they worked over 5.5 million hours. With a highly profitable business in the Netherlands (>10M EUR in annual profits), we’re now expanding internationally.
Responsibilities
- Actively seek out and acquire new clients for our platform, both businesses (B2B) and freelancers (B2C)
- Ensure a seamless onboarding process for new clients, providing them with all necessary information and support to get started
- Provide outstanding customer support to businesses and freelancers on our platform, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and issues
- Develop and implement strategies to identify potential clients and convert leads into loyal platform users
- Act as a team player, collaborating with colleagues and different departments to enhance the overall user experience and platform performance
- Continuously identify areas for improvement and contribute to the enhancement of our platform’s services and user experience
Requirements
- Proficient in both spoken and written communication in French and English
- Based in/around Breda with frequent visits to Lille and other launch cities in France
- You have at least 1 year of experience in a sales or customer facing role
- You have a strong inclination to collaborate effectively with team members and other departments
- You thrive on ownership, accountability and having various responsibilities
- You’re willing to roll your sleeves up and experiment with new tactics
- You get a lot of energy from growing a business. You’re willing to test and experiment and are ready to think outside the box
- You understand that the real work in any sales-related role is in the follow-up. You go the extra mile and further!
- Demonstrate passion for contributing to the improvement and success of the on-demand platform, YoungOnes, in the French market.
